The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air-turned-the king of Calabasas originally dropped $20 million for his gigantic real estate, but its market price reportedly increased to a whopping $42 million due to all the upgrades that were done. In addition to basketball and tennis courts, and golf courses, the mansion also includes a large garage and a recording studio.
