When one of the richest Hollywood actors Tom Cruise decided to move to Clearwater, Florida, near the Scientology headquarters, he settled in this extravagant penthouse.  The apartment which takes up the 89th and the 10th floor comes with a roof deck with an infinity pool, a spa, etc, where Cruise can enjoy a breathtaking view. In 2018, we learned that the penthouse was being constructed by Moises Agami, the famous Mexican property developer. However, this is not the only estate Cruise owns. The penthouse is part of a new development called The Skyview. Cruise will reprise his role in Top Gun: Maverick set to be released in 2020.

Fox News’ political commentator Tucker Carlson previously lived in a Colonial-style home in Washington, D.C. He had purchased this 4,784-square-foot residence for him, his wife Susan, and their four children, back in 2011. The suburban house was a paradise for little kids due to its endless space.
