Judging by her $40-million real estate portfolio, Taylor Swift seems to be fond of investing her hard-earned money in prime properties. Rumor has it that one of her lavish estates, that has hosted the majority of her wild parties, is this $17-million Rhode Island mansion. The 1,000-square-foot beach house includes eight bedrooms and offers an extraordinary view of more than 700 feet shoreline and the bay. And no matter how many luxury houses she owns, with a net worth of around $250 million, Tay Tay will probably never have to apply for a mortgage or a loan.
Samuel L. Jackson – $13 Million, New York

After buying a property in the Upper East Side of Manhattan for $4.8 million in 2005, in 2018, Samuel L. Jackson decided that it was time to make a profit out of it. The condominium sits on a 13-story pre-war building called The Leonori and features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Leonori initially served as an apartment hotel. However, when apartment hotels fell out of trend, the owner kept its façade and renovated the building so it would look like a proper apartment building. In the ’80s, it was finally converted to condominiums. Apart from selling this beautiful condominium, Jackson is occupied with new projects such as his latest film, 2019’s Captain Marvel.
