In case anyone is wondering why it was so expensive, here’s the answer. This glass and concrete villa took six years to build, completed in 2007. It’s facing the Pacific and has everything from an infinity swimming pool to a movie theater. Its subterranean garage was also featured in the Iron Man films. It has a 1,300-square-foot two-bedroom guesthouse, six bedrooms in the main house, and a firepit. Alicia is expected to go on the Alicia: The World Tour within 2021.
