Andy Garcia and his wife Sandra Vale set roots in Key Biscayne, Florida, when they bought a 9,084-square-foot home in 1991. Sadly, Hurricane Andrew struck the following year and destroyed the house that originally sat on the lot. Garcia picked up and constructed a new Cuban-inspired home in 1999.
The four-bedroom mansion comes with 5.5 baths, and other features are spread over three stories. The residence also features palm trees, a swimming pool, and a private dock. They initially spent $1.25 million on the house, but a 2005 tax assessment listed the land value at $2.183 million and the building at $1.770 million.
