Reality star Bobby Flay blew $6.5 million for a one-level contemporary mansion in the neighborhood of Bird Streets in 2019. The celebrity chef managed to score the property at a discounted price after it was first listed for $8.9 million.
Flay relatively got a great deal because the house was only built the year before the purchase. Of course, avid fans wouldn’t be shocked by the restaurateur’s real estate game, as expanding his portfolio has been a norm for him. In February 2021, the 56-year-old bought a $7.6-million house with impressive kitchen features.
