With $3 billion in net worth, Oprah is the owner of a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, and her biggest investment is a 23,000-square-foot safe heaven. Located in California, the lavish mansion, built like a fortress, spreads across 40 acres of green plantation. Even though its worth is estimated at $50 million, according to Forbes, this palace is worth at least $165 million now due to Oprah’s expensive taste. We can’t imagine the home insurance cost.

Tom Cruise – Price Undisclosed, Florida

When one of the richest Hollywood actors Tom Cruise decided to move to Clearwater, Florida, near the Scientology headquarters, he settled in this extravagant penthouse.  The apartment which takes up the 89th and the 10th floor comes with a roof deck with an infinity pool, a spa, etc, where Cruise can enjoy a breathtaking view. In 2018, we learned that the penthouse was being constructed by Moises Agami, the famous Mexican property developer. However, this is not the only estate Cruise owns. The penthouse is part of a new development called The Skyview. Cruise will reprise his role in Top Gun: Maverick set to be released in 2020.

Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux – $22 Million, Bel Air

The property came with 1.2 acres of land and a house with a 3,380- square-foot interior. It was built back in 1956 and features four bedrooms with three bathrooms. As Catherine continues to portray Cassie Nightingale in the Good Witch, she also appeared on an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles in 2019.

The Hollywood actress opted for Cecil B. DeMille’s glam Los Feliz mansion in the Laughlin Park community. Without breaking a sweat and her savings account, she splashed $24.5 million to get her hands on the six-bedroom estate featuring a redecorated kitchen and a dining room. On the outside, there are sparkling pools, lush gardens, lawns, and water features.
