Restaurateur Guy Fieri fell in love with Santa Rosa, and when he came across an opportunity to buy a house, he didn’t hesitate. The residence he formerly owned covers seven acres, and Fieri used most of the land for farming. Fieri reportedly got $1.475M from the sale of the mansion in 2018, while he paid $1.1M for it in 2012.
