Comedian Eddie Murphy bought this $20 million piece of real estate without any financial help. Since then Murphy made some lavish renovations in order to turn it into a personal resort in total worth of $85 million. The huge Mention spreads across 16 acres, with a total of nine bedrooms, 32 rooms, state of the art swimming pools, and a guest house in the size of a medium house. Murphy’s latest work on the silver screen was in the 2019 film Dolemite Is My Name, where he also served as an executive producer.
