John Legend – $5.1 Million, West Hollywood
It appears that John Legend’s New Year’s resolution in 2020, was to invest in real estate, as so far he’s bought two houses! He started out buying a $9-million Manhattan penthouse, but this West Hollywood house he bought in April takes the prize. In fact, the house is brand new, finished in 2020.
It has an interior of 3,440 square feet with four bedrooms and bathrooms. It clearly boasts more than enough room to house his family of four. The house also has a private balcony and a sitting area with a swimming pool in the backyard. Meanwhile, John’s said to be working on his seventh album.
