Clint Eastwood is selling his Spanish Colonial estate in California. You can buy it for only $9.75 million. Eastwood bought the 4.7-acre mansion back in 1994, he paid $3.9 million for it. The house measures at almost 7,000 square feet with 5 suite bedrooms and seven bathrooms plus a separate suite for the staff. There’s a fountain and an outdoor fireplace to be found there as well.

The beautiful home that used to belong to the great actor, Kirk Douglas, hit the market some years back and was sold for $3.5 million. It was reportedly $50K above the asking price. The house was originally built in 1954 and the Douglas family purchased the property in 1966 and spent time there until they sold it in 1999. The massive home features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows with a pool court outside and a swimming pool, of course. The couple who purchased the house was reportedly from Toronto.
