CRAZY EXPENSIVE CELEBRITY HOUSES – ONLY THE MILLIONAIRES COULD AFFORD!

Oprah Winfrey –  $50 Million, California

It’s only right that one of the priciest properties on our list belongs to one of the richest people alive. With $3 billion in net worth, Oprah is the owner of a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, and her biggest investment is a 23,000-square-foot safe heaven. Located in California, the lavish mansion, built like a fortress, spreads across 40 acres of green plantation. Even though its worth is estimated at $50 million, according to Forbes, this palace is worth at least $165 million now due to Oprah’s expensive taste. We can’t imagine the home insurance cost.

Heidi Klum – $24 Million, L.A.

It turns out that Heidi Klum owns a house almost as beautiful as she is. Located in L.A., the 12,300-square-foot Italian-inspired villa features eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, fountains, gazebos, crystal-clear swimming pools, a spa, golf course, hiking trails, and a kids’ playhouse.

The property is stylishly decorated to fit the supermodel’s high standards. However, Heidi reportedly bought a new home in Bel Air, worth some $10M. It is said to be a Heorgian-style mansion previously owned by Ed Weinberger, a prominent writer, and producer. IT is still unclear where Heidi intends to make her permanent residence if she intends on doing so at all.

Howard Stern – $52 Million, Florida

Howard Stern could invest in cool mansions all he wants because of the fortune he accumulated from being a hit radio personality. The massive home you see above is his residence in Florida, and sources say he spent as much as $52 million to buy it.

It has a total of five bedrooms, and he can access the nearby beach directly whenever he gets tired of swimming in his swimming pool. Stern has yet to share more details about how the interior looks like. As of today, he’s still an active radio host, and SiriusXM extended his contract in December 2020.

Meg Ryan – $10.9 Million, Soho

Taking into consideration the 9th successful home renovation project Meg Ryan has completed, she can well trade her acting career for that of an interior designer. The 4,100-square-foot modern black and white Soho loft features no less than thirteen windows and as many as eight closets in the master bedroom. The property boasts ebony wooden floors, a gallery, exposed brick walls, and floor-to-ceiling doors.
