Joy Behar – $3.8 Million, East Hampton

Have you seen the gorgeous traditional-style beach house that Joy Behar used to own? It’s truly stunning. However, the comedian, actress, and writer apparently got bored with it (if that’s even possible) and decided to list the property in 2016.  The splendid house features four bedrooms and four and a half baths with plenty of amenities included. There are vaulted ceilings, French doors, a fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to a family room. There is also a swimming pool and an outdoor fireplace as well. Such beauty and elegance come with a $3.8 million price tag. Joy currently co-hosts the ABC daytime talk show The View.

Adam Sandler – $28 Million, Los Angeles

While it’s no secret that Adam Sandler has a lot of money, around $340 million to be exact, apparently, he chooses to spend most of it on expensive houses. Around the time when he was getting ready to hit the red carpets for Spanglish, he decided to spend $12 million to buy a house in Los Angeles. The 1990-built house, within its 12,860 square feet, features 14 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a backyard with an incredible swimming pool. He also owns the neighboring house, and adding those two properties together, they amount to an estimated value of $28 million. His fortune is only going to expand taking into account his recent movie, Murder Mystery.

Lea Michele – $3.3 Million, Los Angeles

Searching for a more secluded homestead, actress Lea Michelle purchased her dreamy oasis located in West L.A. in 2015. The four-bedroom modern sanctuary, featured in an InStyle’s Home & Design issue, boasts stylish furniture, impressive artwork, sleek lines, and organic vibe. Painted in warm colors, and complete with a spacious backyard, and crystal-clear pool, the property provides everything Lea needs to unwind. Well, we definitely wouldn’t feel relaxed if we were to pay the house insurance for this charming pad.

Steve Guttenberg – $12.5K A Month, Pacific Palisades

The 61-year-old American actor Steve Guttenberg, through decades of work, has managed to create a fortune of $15 million. It involves one gorgeous piece of real estate in Pacific Palisades, which he put up for rent with a hefty price tag of $12.5K per month.

Although the price of this 4,366 square-foot mansion is unknown, we guess the rent price gives a pretty good idea. Guttenberg is known for his past work in such films as Cocoon, Police Academy, and The Big Green. However, his future works in Rifkin’s Festival and Roe v. Wade may become just as significant.

Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell – $6.9 Million, California

In 2017, Kurt Russell managed to sell his home in Pacific Palisades for $6.9 million! Even though his and his partner Goldie’s asking price was at $7.25 million, it was in no way a bad deal given that he had acquired the house in 2004 for just over $4 million.

The deluxe house had five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and over 6,400 square feet of space. Their old house in Malibu has also just been put up for sale in March 2019, with an asking price of $13.5 million.  Kurt’s latest movie appearance was in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and the movie was received very positively by audiences and critics alike.

John Travolta – $12 Million, Florida

As one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood with a $170-million net worth, John Travolta cannot afford wasting his time at public airports. Well, he doesn’t worry about that since he has one in his backyard! Yes, you read that right, Travolta’s $12-million Florida mansion is an actual airport complete with a landing strip, airplane hangars, and some private jets, of course.

We were all shocked when in 2010 he almost crashed with another plane at Washington Airport when his aircraft’s electrical system stopped responding. His huge house has more luxurious stuff in it though! There’s also a golf course and a 16-car garage. Impressed?

Lori Loughlin – $9.5 Million, Hidden Hills

Actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli purchased a $9.5 million home in California’s Hidden Hills. The deluxe house, constructed in 2019, sports six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a movie theater, and a spa, among other luxuries. The couple’s new house is certainly a downgrade from their previous one, sold for $18.7 million.

Their new neighborhood offers privacy, being within a gated community. The couple is probably trying to lay low after pleading guilty for their implication in the college admissions scandal last May 2020. Loughlin is expected to spend two months in prison and Giannulli five. Their final sentence will be declared on August 21.

Wesley Snipes – $4.125 Million, New Jersey

Wesley Snipes is quite well-known as an action star. The martial artist starred in various thrillers, adventures and dramatic films during his infamous career. However, Wesley is best known for his role of ‘Blade’ in the three Blade film series. While the actor and film producer sold this magnificent house back in 2014, he surely had a good time here. Located in Alpine, there’s not much that is known about the property but it looks incredibly luxurious and whoever lives here now is one lucky individual!

Halle Berry – $8 Million, Malibu

Even after 13 years, Halle Berry is not willing to let go of her stunning Malibu mansion. And after taking a peek at the property, we definitely understand why – that place is a true paradise on earth! Besides the incredible view of the ocean and an easy access to the beach, the 5,000-square-foot real estate offers four bedrooms, five baths, and an outdoor Jacuzzi spa. We certainly wouldn’t mind having a luxurious beach like this one if only we had enough money in our bank account for the sky-high home insurance and property taxes.

Ben Stiller – $11.5 Million, Los Angeles

Guess who sold his Los Angeles luxury home? Comedic actor Ben Stiller and he asked for $11.5 million in exchange for his stunning villa-style Hollywood property. The lucky buyer received access to a stylish exterior, a swimming pool, and a private home theater.

Shortly after divorcing his wife of 17 years, Christine Taylor, Stiller, who starred in Meet the Fockers, was ready to make yet another big change in his life. He left the movie industry behind to star on Broadway. He now resides in a $15 million West Village home.

Michael Jordan – $15 Million, Chicago

For one of the greatest basketball legends, no price is too high when it comes to lavish living. And if you ask us, this $15-million deluxe mansion is more than a fit for the NBA superstar. In addition to an outdoor basketball court, and a gym, the Chicago real estate features a wine cellar and a wooden man cave with huge TV screens, card games tables, and a bar. And if you ever get lucky as to enter the famous gate with Jordan’s iconic jersey number 23, you’ll see a tennis court, ponds, pools, and lush green lawns. His wealth management advisor must just be awed.

Tomi Lahren – Price Undisclosed, California

Tomi Lahren is a political analyst from Fox News who has been making celebrity news for her political opinions. She is seen as the voice of many young conservative Americans. Therefore, to make recordings easier for her, the news network installed a studio in Tomi’s home located in the state of California. Lahren now shoots part of her sketch, Final Thoughts, from her spacious place. She recently faced controversy over her comments about Democratic candidate Kamala Harris in July 2019. Afterward, the 26-year-old Fox Nation host issued an apology through a Twitter post.

Dwight Howard – $12.5 Million, Atlanta

Dwight Howard’s estate has 11,025 square feet of living space, there’s a master suite that takes up an entire side of the house. Other luxurious things to be found there are an elevator, private wine-tasting room, home cinema, snooker room and a pool with 3 beach entries, waterfalls, a river, swim-through cave and hot tub.

Howard now plays for the Washington Wizards. The center started playing in the NBA in 2004. Howard has been ranked many times through the years as one of the best in the league in rebounds, blocks, and field goal %.

Shaquille O’Neal – $28 Million, Orlando

28,000,000$ – That’s all you need to become the new owner of Shaq’s Orlando estate. In the mansion, you’ll find a basketball court, a large swimming pool, an Egyptian themed room with an impressive looking fish tank…and there’s also a truck attached to one of the walls.

It has 12 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms so no need to fight about who gets into the shower first in the morning. The house also has a Superman theme (Shaq’s nickname when he was playing was Superman) and a life-sized statue of Superman can be found there.

Kawhi Leonard – $13.3 Million, Rancho Santa Fe

In January 2019, we learned that the professional basketball player Kawhi Leonard dropped $13.3 million on a new residence located in Rancho Santa Fe. The Toronto Raptors player clearly didn’t hesitate when he saw this luxury house for sale in Southern California in the San Diego neighborhood. The house is absolutely stunning and includes a dry bar, a home theater, and a swimming pool so big that we are not even sure we can call it that. There are also two offices and a gourmet kitchen in Kawhi’s new luxurious home.

Kevin Durant – $12.05 Million, Malibu

NBA stars are known for their expensive taste and lavish real estate and Kevin Durant is not an exception. His $12.05 million Malibu home can make anyone jealous. In 2018, Durant decided to put some roots in Southern California so he purchased this stunning oceanside mansion with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The house was reportedly fully renovated in 2013 and includes a gym, an elevator, and a theater. Now he gets to spend his leisure time in his new 5,136-square-foot residence which is an automated smart house by the way.

Kobe Bryant – $6.1 Million, Los Angeles

It’s hard to believe that an NBA superstar who’s inspired a whole generation is gone now. Kobe Bryant took his last flight on January 26, 2020. This tragic date is also one day after he left his throne of being one of the most scoring NBA players of all time to Lebron James. Kobe died with a net worth of half a billion dollars and an $8M house, which he bought for $6.1M eventually. Kobe’s outstanding L.A. mansion is still a stunner, but it feels a lot more empty now that the brilliant shooting guard is scoring points in heaven.

Tristan Thompson – $1.9 Million, Cleveland

NBA star Tristan Thompson purchased this lovely modest home back in 2015 for $1.9 million and it’s where he settled in with the mother of his child, reality television star Khloe Kardashian. Khloe gave birth to their daughter True in 2018.

The Kardashian family is used to living in far more luxurious homes so we have to say we were a bit surprised to see KoKo in this simple home. Khloe reportedly said she feels less judged and more peaceful in Cleveland. The very spacious real estate features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms so there’s plenty of room for their family of 3.

Drake – $7.7 Million, Hidden Hills

In addition to an insane car collection, Drake has at least one lavish estate to his name. And even though rumor has it that the rapper fell in love the first time he saw it, he wasn’t ready to splurge $27 million which was the asking price for his Hidden Hills mansion at the time.

Luckily, his waiting paid off big time, since Drake eventually picked up the outlandish property for “only” $7.7 million, saving a significant amount. Besides man-cave-type rooms with a few secret passages, the lustrous house boasts a set of sparkling pools and waterfalls.

Katy Perry – $4 Million, L.A.

While Katy Perry’s eccentric fashion choices may not be everyone’s cup of tea, her formerly owned California mansion is a different story. The 4,700-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa was estimated at $4 million, which was just a pocket change for the California Girl’s $280 million fortune.

Aside from four bedrooms, and five bathrooms, the estate offers a stunning view and a huge swimming pool. And did we mention that Katy’s gigantic closet-room used to be a 3-car garage?  Unfortunately, following her split from Brand Russell, Perry decided to sell the place in 2018.

Tracee Ellis Ross – ~Undisclosed Price, Los Angeles

Being Diana Ross’s daughter, Tracee Ellis Ross was brought up underneath the spotlight. Today, she’s had a long-lasting career as an actress, and even won a Golden Globe in 2017 with Black-ish. In 2017, we were lucky enough to have a glance at her house, as she shared it with Architectural Digest.

Beautifully decorated living spaces and natural light through its large windows give her house a unique and homey essence. She also has an all-white kitchen in which she showcases her Golden Globe. Though we can’t know how much she spent to buy it, it was certainly quite pricey given her $16-million fortune.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle – $4 Million,Nottingham Cottage

After the fuss around their wedding dropped, Prince Harry and his new bride Meghan Markle are already making themselves at home in the Nottingham Cottage, a love nest suitable for the royal lovebirds. There are hardly any cottages in the royal compound, and Prince Harry has been living here almost five years. Before his settling, the 1300 square feet (400 square meters) property was resident of Marion Crawford, Queen Victoria’s Nanny. Nottingham Cottage is where Princesses Diana spent the last few years before her unexpected death in a car accident. It comes with its own Héligare and is encircled by amazing gardens along with all the other facilities that the Royals would take for granted.

Bella Thorne – $2.55 Million, Sherman Oaks

Almost a year after she was done with The Duff film, Bella Throne bought a place to call home in Sherman Oaks. The house became viral, much like Bella now herself, given its bright pink exterior. She purchased it for $2.01 million, and as of the summer of 2020, it’s up for sale for $2.55 million.

The house has a brightly-painted interior filled with murals of around 4,500 square feet. It has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms overall, as well as a backyard with a swimming pool. In 2020 Bella played in Infamous. She’s also made an OnlyFans account that’s so far earned her over $1 million!
