Aside from four bedrooms, and five bathrooms, the estate offers a stunning view and a huge swimming pool. And did we mention that Katy’s gigantic closet-room used to be a 3-car garage?  Unfortunately, following her split from Brand Russell, Perry decided to sell the place in 2018.

Celine Dion – $65 Million, Florida

Thanks to her angelic voice, millions of albums sold, and probably an excellent financial advisor, Celine amassed a $380-million net worth. So, we should probably assume that the second-highest earning musician in history didn’t need a credit builder loan to own her $65-million Florida Water Park mansion. The 10,000-square-foot property has eight bedrooms, media room, massage room, dining areas, tennis, basketball, and croquet courts, pools, and water slides. And did we mention the 415 feet of private beach and man-made river?

Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton – Undisclosed Price, Oklahoma

With The Voice coaches Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani getting serious about their relationship, they’ve taken a step into investing in real estate. Blake has always expressed his love for Oklahoma, so, in 2019, he sought to build the perfect place for them. He transformed a house he reportedly already owned into this Hawaiian-styled paradise. So far, he has built three hut-like guesthouses and a stunning swimming pool with its own bar on the backyard and has also planted palm trees all over the lot. It seems like they’re going to be splitting their time between there and California as they are also rumored to be looking at houses there in 2019.

Taylor Swift – $17 Million, Rhode Island

Judging by her $40-million real estate portfolio, Taylor Swift seems to be fond of investing her hard-earned money in prime properties. Rumor has it that one of her lavish estates, that has hosted the majority of her wild parties, is this $17-million Rhode Island mansion. The 1,000-square-foot beach house includes eight bedrooms and offers an extraordinary view of more than 700 feet shoreline and the bay. And no matter how many luxury houses she owns, with a net worth of around $250 million, Tay Tay will probably never have to apply for a mortgage or a loan.

Being Diana Ross’s daughter, Tracee Ellis Ross was brought up underneath the spotlight. Today, she’s had a long-lasting career as an actress, and even won a Golden Globe in 2017 with Black-ish. In 2017, we were lucky enough to have a glance at her house, as she shared it with Architectural Digest.

Beautifully decorated living spaces and natural light through its large windows give her house a unique and homey essence. She also has an all-white kitchen in which she showcases her Golden Globe. Though we can’t know how much she spent to buy it, it was certainly quite pricey given her $16-million fortune.

Meg Ryan – $10.9 Million, Soho

Taking into consideration the 9th successful home renovation project Meg Ryan has completed, she can well trade her acting career for that of an interior designer.
