Rob Lowe – Santa Barbara
Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl have undertaken the construction of their traditional East Coast style residence. It was in 2005 that they purchased this land for an amount which was not disclosed. This sumptuous residence exudes luxury in all its rooms; the couple lived there for several years before putting it up for sale. Rob has priced his mansion at a whopping $47 million. Oakview Estate, named after this mansion, has not yet been able to find a buyer but an offer of 42 million has been made.
