Christian Bale – Lost 60 Lbs
Christian Bale is known for his body transformations for his various roles. For Reign of Fire, Bale gained 70 pounds of muscle, then lost it and some more for his role in The Machinist. He then beefed up again for his role in the Dark Knight films, which saw him in the shape of his life.
Since early on, Bale became a symbol for transformation and he still does it. Contrary to those roles, for his role in American Hustle, he gained 43 pounds of fat and had a genuine fat belly. It was not a prosthesis. Recently, Bale was seen portraying the legendary Ken Miles in Ford v Ferrari.
