 Rachel Frederickson – Lost 155 Lbs

Rachel Frederickson amazed all audiences of The Biggest Loser by becoming one of the show’s most successful candidates to date. Her weight loss came to the sum of an astonishing 155 lbs. Following the diet plans and strict working out regimes of the show, she managed to do it!

It is hard to see that the two women on both the photos above are the same person! After the show and her transformation, things really improved for Rachel. She was seen on the Today show, The View, and she is famous for winning that Biggest Loser season 15.

Mama June – Lost 300 Lbs

Mama June was considered obese for more than ten years, but after becoming a grandma, she had a wake-up up call and decided to live healthier. After undergoing gastric sleeve surgery and some other cosmetic procedures and following some strict diets, she was able to lose 300 pounds. Now, she looks so great that you can’t even recognize her.

On the other hand, her personal (and professional) life has suffered some setbacks, with her boyfriend being accused of domestic abuse and both of them getting arrested for possession. Mama is setting a bad example for her kids, and if convicted, she could lose her show as well!

Chrissy Metz – Lost 100 Lbs

Growing up, Chrissy Metz was no stranger to gaining and losing weight. She revealed much of her story with her autobiography, This Is Me, in 2018. Chrissy grew up in Florida, and the first time she got serious about her weight loss was with her move to L.A.

She was able to shed 50 pounds, only to gain it all back, times two. When she was playing in American Horror Story, however, she’d already lost all 80 pounds she gained since relocating. Today, she’s playing in This Is Us and has kept the weight off. She did so by walking every day while only eating a maximum of 2,000 calories.

Austin “Chumlee” Russel – Lost 75 Lbs

The Pawn Stars actor, Austin Russell, a.k.a. Chumlee struggled with his weight and was over 300 pounds. He was also diagnosed as a pre-diabetic, so concerned as he was about his health, he decided to live a healthier lifestyle. He went on a healthy diet and regular exercise, and today, Chumlee has lost more than 75 pounds.

It is a bit ironic that he went through all that trouble to lose the weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle, only to get arrested for possession of a heck of a lot of stimulants, as well as firearms. What good is it to quit red meat, if he’s going to use crystal meth and cocaine? He got a deal with the D.A. which includes counseling, and we hope he uses the opportunity to get clean and get his life in order.

Sara Rue – Lost 50 Lbs

Pearl Harbor‘s Sara Rue has stated that weight loss has been something she struggled with for a long time. Yet finding the love of her life made her really make an effort. She joined the Jenny Craig diet program and said it works great for her.

Feeling in control of her own body and what she feeds herself with has made her so much happier. You can see that the actress is truly glowing! Sara is married to Kevin Price since 2011 and has two kids. She was seen in The Rookie in 2018, and she will be appearing in American Pie Presents” Girls’ Rules, in 2020.

Melissa McCarthy – Lost 75 Lbs

Melissa McCarthy is famous for acting high-spirited characters in films like Bridesmaids, Tammy, and The Heat.  She always struggled with her weight. However, for her latest role, she has pulled out something her fans never imagined possible: the actress has succeeded to lose a blowing 75 lbs!

As it was reported, McCarthy had to follow a strict, low-carb diet, while she also had to sleep at 7:30 p.m. every day! In 2019, McCarthy starred in the film The Kitchen, while in 2020, she’s expected to star in Superintelligence, a film where she also serves as an executive producer.

Now the famous music executive can be surer that he gets to enjoy both his $60 million net worth, and his wife and two kids. Liles is still active in the music industry, through 300 Entertainment, a record label he is the current CEO of.

We got to know her from The Osbournes, but she later served as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent, while she’s also been a judge on Project Runway Junior from 2016 ’till nowadays.

Chaz Bono is the son of the famous singer Cher and her late husband Sonny Bono. He had problems with his weight throughout most of his life, but after joining Dancing with the Stars, he realized he needed the change.

Kelly Rowland put on a fair amount of weight during her pregnancy, but nothing too serious. She quickly wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy body, which led to her going on a special diet program. Adele has really hit the jackpot with a voice that can fill an entire room. Yet the singer always had insecurities about her weight. She didn’t want to go to extreme measures like fasting or surgeries but opted for a steady and slow approach. She eats healthy foods according to an adapted diet program and exercises as much as she can with her busy schedule. And it clearly is paying off!

Apart from that, Adele revealed that she has been working on new material and we will be seeing her new album in late 2020. The album will be called 30, following the trend set by her previous studio albums and to be honest, we can’t stand the wait!

Dawn French is known for her fun character and sharp wit, but her weight loss had made her almost unrecognizable. Due to her 98 lbs loss, many sources stated she opted for surgery. But French has spoken out about her restricting her calorie intake instead and going on long hikes around the countryside. Her weight loss was vital for her, as she had to get surgery done which required a healthier weight. We say well done Dawn, and all without a gastric bypass surgery!

Dawn will be appearing alongside Kenneth Brannagh in the upcoming film Death on the Nile, based on the well-known Agatha Kristie novel of the same name, in 2020.

Peter Kay – Undisclosed

He surprisingly had to cancel his shows for 2018 and 2019, sighting personal reasons. Since then, Peter Kay seemingly lost all contact with the outside world. He only made a couple of public appearances here and there, and all his fans couldn’t help but notice how thinner he looked. Peter was apparently able to shed some weight.

However, he hasn’t yet talked about it publicly. He’s now slowly making a comeback, as he has scheduled a show in Blackpool for February 2020. He also started a YouTube channel in late 2019 and already has over 22,000 subscribers!
