Apart from that, Adele revealed that she has been working on new material and we will be seeing her new album in late 2020. The album will be called 30, following the trend set by her previous studio albums and to be honest, we can’t stand the wait!

Growing up, Chrissy Metz was no stranger to gaining and losing weight. She revealed much of her story with her autobiography, This Is Me, in 2018. Chrissy grew up in Florida, and the first time she got serious about her weight loss was with her move to L.A.

She was able to shed 50 pounds, only to gain it all back, times two. When she was playing in American Horror Story, however, she’d already lost all 80 pounds she gained since relocating. Today, she’s playing in This Is Us and has kept the weight off. She did so by walking every day while only eating a maximum of 2,000 calories.

After capturing our hearts in American Idol and getting on some people’s nerves on Τhe Voice Kelly Clarkson does not cease to surprise. The Grammy Award-winner has shed over 37 lbs in the past few months. The singer attributes her dramatic transformation to the book titled: The Plant Paradox and says the diet was even efficient in mending a chronic thyroid condition.

Chaz Bono is the son of the famous singer Cher and her late husband Sonny Bono. He had problems with his weight throughout most of his life, but after joining Dancing with the Stars, he realized he needed the change.

Throughout workouts for the reality competition and through a change in his lifestyle, Chaz was able to drop 85lbs. This was in 2011, and since then Chaz is looking better than ever. He is very actively advocating for the LGBT community, human rights, and various other causes. Chaz also sang backing vocals on some of the recent Cher’s songs.
Once weighted above 400 pounds, ‘Lost’ star Jorge Garcia managed to drop down 100 lbs. His main motive was to become healthier and happier although his extra weight never really seemed to affect his success in acting. He was asked to drop some pounds during the production of Lost which he did but gained back in a short while. Then he came across the Nooch diet which doesn’t allow meat consumption and managed to lose 100 lbs.

Perhaps it was this positive change in his life that also led him to walk down the aisle with his girlfriend, the beautiful Rebecca Birdsall, in 2019. Although he’s been out of work since 2016, he’s set to appear in a MacGuyver episode in 2020.
