Kelly Rowland – Lost 70 Lbs

Kelly Rowland put on a fair amount of weight during her pregnancy, but nothing too serious. She quickly wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy body, which led to her going on a special diet program. She calls it the 80/20 plan, which means for the most of her time she eats healthy foods, but she can also have cheat days to indulge in the foods she misses. In combination with a personal trainer, it’s helped her to lose about 70 lbs!

Appearing on The Voice (Australia) seems to be taking most of her time lately, and she hasn’t given us a new album since 2013’s Talk A Good Game. She has found the time to shoot a movie though, so watch out for 2020’s Bad Hair, a horror-comedy!
