According to Page Six, Drew Brees met his wife-to-be Brittany on his 20th birthday. Their first conversation didn’t go so well, so they only started dating half a year later. But by 2004, they were exchanging vows. By that time, Drew had already played a couple of seasons with the San Diego Chargers.
Since marrying, Drew and Brittany have also had four children. Meanwhile, Drew has since changed to the New Orleans Saints, in 2006, and is still playing with the team. So far, he has earned a $120-million fortune. In 2020 he signed a two-year-long extension to his contract.

In fairness, neither of them has actually confirmed their relationship, but they have reportedly been sighted together on many occasions. In the meantime, Aaron continues playing with the Green Bay Packers as he has since 2005.
