In 2001, Charles Ingram and his wife Diana became famous over quite an odd reason. Charles won the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? competition, allegedly by cheating with the help of his wife, Diana. Today, their story is once again brought under the spotlight, as the series called Quiz just started airing.
They met each other back when Diana was still studying in Wales to become a teacher. They got married in 1989 and had three children. Before participating in the TV competition, Charles was an English Army Major. They went on to be prosecuted, and he lost his earnings from the show.
