The first thing that stuck out like a sore thumb was that horse by the far left. In the first picture, it has a leg raised. However, a look at the second picture shows the horse has the same leg dropped. And not to be left out, the horse by the right joins in but in reverse.
The third difference will take a great deal of studying to spot. If you counted the street lights on the left, you should notice two missing lamps in the distance. Lastly, the two pedestrians by the left horse statue become one in the second frame.
