In 2008, Chad Pennington bought a $3.3-million Southwest Ranches home. The mansion description of the former Dolphins’ quarterback’s house includes 8,260 square feet of space, six bedrooms with six baths, an outdoor swimming pool, water fountain, home theater, four-car garage, and a BBQ area with a built-in grill. Pennington eventually listed the house in 2012 and sold it reportedly for $3.025 million. Before retiring in 2012, Pennington worked as a Fox Sports analyst for the 2011 NFL football season. He currently lives with his family in Woodford County, Kentucky.
