Marcus Mariota, the quarterback of the Tennessee Titans was added to the list of people living in downtown Nashville’s Gulch.The 2014 Heisman Trophy winner paid $1.05 million for the 1,890 square foot penthouse. He was drafted by the Titans 2nd overall in the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football for Oregon, where he was the starting quarterback from 2012-2014. As a junior in 2014, he became the 1st Hawaii-born athlete, to win the Heisman Trophy. He holds several NFL records like being the 1st quarterback in the league’s history to throw four touchdown passes in the 1st half of his NFL debut.
