Taco Bell has found a new way to turn up the flavor. The fast food chain has teamed with Tajín for a limited-time menu built around the seasoning brand’s famous mix of chiles, lime and sea salt.
The Taco Bell Tajín menu launched nationwide at participating U.S. restaurants on August 13, 2026. It features three items: the Tajín Taco, Tajín Cheesy Gordita Crunch and Tajín Pineapple Strawberry Freeze. The partnership marks Tajín’s largest national quick service restaurant menu collaboration to date. This time, Tajín appears directly in the food and drink, giving familiar Taco Bell flavors a tart, salty and mildly spicy edge.
The combination makes plenty of sense for anyone who already shakes Tajín over fruit, snacks and drinks. Taco Bell has also paired the seasoning with mango, pineapple and strawberry flavors, giving the menu a mix of sweetness, acidity and chile heat.
The Tajín Taco Packs Sweet and Spicy Flavor

Taco Bell / IG / The Tajín Taco starts with a crunchy taco shell coated with Tajín seasoning. Taco Bell fills it with seasoned beef, Spicy Ranch sauce, lettuce, shredded cheese, and mango salsa.
An extra packet of Tajín Clásico Seasoning comes on the side for customers who want a stronger kick. Taco Bell announced a suggested price of $2.99 for the taco. Actual prices can vary by restaurant, something visible on Taco Bell’s current online menus. Some locations list it below $3, while others charge more depending on the market.
The mango salsa may be the ingredient that keeps the taco from feeling like a standard Crunchy Taco with extra seasoning. Sweet fruit works naturally with Tajín because the seasoning brings acidity, salt, and chile flavor without depending only on intense heat.
Spicy Ranch adds another layer and gives the filling some creaminess. The seasoned beef and cheese keep the familiar Taco Bell base intact, while the mango and Tajín move the flavor in a brighter direction.
The Tajín Cheesy Gordita Crunch Gets a Tangy Upgrade
Taco Bell has also given one of its best-known menu items the Tajín treatment. The Tajín Cheesy Gordita Crunch keeps the familiar soft and crunchy structure but adds several ingredients designed specifically for this collaboration.
A soft flatbread surrounds a crunchy taco shell seasoned with Tajín. Between those layers sits a blend of mozzarella, pepper jack, and cheddar cheeses, while the crunchy shell holds seasoned beef, Spicy Ranch, lettuce, shredded cheese, and mango salsa.
Taco Bell announced a suggested price of $5.99 for the Tajín Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Local prices can vary, and current Taco Bell listings show that some restaurants charge more or less depending on location. The three cheese blend gives this item a richer base than the Tajín Taco. Pepper jack also makes sense beside the chile lime seasoning because it keeps the savory side of the recipe from getting buried under the mango salsa.
The company first showed a Tajín collaboration at Live Más LIVE in 2024 and tested Tajín products in Orange County, California. Customer interest during later testing helped convince the company to bring the idea to a much larger audience.
That earlier test included a Tajín Crunchy Taco, Tajín Twists and Tajín Strawberry Freeze. The 2026 national menu takes the concept further with mango salsa, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a more complex frozen drink.
The Pineapple Strawberry Freeze Finishes the Lineup

Taco Bell / IG / Taco Bell’s Tajín Pineapple Strawberry Freeze combines tropical pineapple flavor with strawberry-flavored syrup and Tajín.
Taco Bell announced the 16-ounce version at $3.99 and the 20-ounce size at $4.19, although restaurant pricing varies. Current Taco Bell menus confirm the Freeze remains listed at participating locations, with prices differing between markets.
The drink may actually be the most natural home for Tajín on the entire menu. Chile lime seasoning has long been paired with fresh fruit, and pineapple and strawberry give it plenty of sweetness to work against.
That contrast should keep the Freeze from tasting like a basic fruit slush. Pineapple brings tropical sweetness, strawberry adds another fruity layer, and Tajín supplies the salty, tangy finish that defines the collaboration.
